Love my new toy!

Over the past two days of owning this camera, I feel like I've already learned so much. I keep finding great beginner's photography tips online for all different photography topics. I've read about what to do when you first get your camera (unpack it and read the manual, btw...) and learned 8 things my camera can do that I didn't know about and learned a LOT about portrait photography that I didn't already know. I've also already ordered some gels for my flash so that I can soften the effect of the light and spent COUNTLESS hours trying to pick out the perfect camera strap cover (Could it be this one? Or this one? But what about this one??? Happily accepting opinions on this decision.) on Etsy.

I think maybe I want to be a portrait photographer if I ever make anything of this. I love people and capturing their interesting quirks and unique beauty would just be so cool. I've already found more unwilling models. And my wedding rings because I was playing with aperture. And Bogey some more...
